on wed 7/19 I lost my air conditioner and it 96 outside and 107 inside my truck I called the dealer ship and asked if they could get me in to take a look at my air when I came past. I was told to stop and they would take a look at it. they said they didn't know if they would be able to take care of it if it was a large job. to make a long story short Tony your service advisor got me in within 30 min of my arrival they found that it was the ac compressor. I was told that they were not sure if they had time before close to finish. I asked Tony if there anything he could for me as I had a load that had to be del in mn by 12 the next day. he was very helpful and said he would see what he could do. It was getting close to close and it didn't appear they were going to finish.I said to Tony what ever you could do for me would be great. he said he would hold the tech to finish. Bottom line with this great customer service he made two customers very happy. Me and my del customer. I will recommend your dealership to everyone I know. thanks for the great customer service. We have been using Truck Centers at Troy, IL since getting a motorhome in 2004. Have had our fall PM before going south for winter and have had other problems fixed. Have been very happy with their work.
